Casual shopping isn't really my thing. I'm more of the "get-in-get-what-you-need-and-get-out" type; so months and months ago when I hit up Indie Mart in Potrero Hill, I was there to enjoy some jams, local food, and to get a sense of the indie community in SF.
Much to my surprise I stumbled upon this gem of a sweater that I had to have. The crocheted sweater has been one of my favorite SF closet additions because of its versatility - its every way wear. I've sported it with jeans and flats or taken it to the office with a mini and tights (pictured below).
Plus, it easily takes me through San Francisco's fickle weather. The material keeps me warm enough during the cold and windy days while the crocheted design gives breathing room for sunshine and warm temps.
The best part? The vintage piece only set me back $20.
Sadly, I can't remember which vendor I picked it up from, but I will definitely be keeping my eyes peeled for the next Indie Mart for affordable and fashionable finds.
